14 Things Donald Trump Has in Common With Russian Names for Boys

Donald Trump’s name is shared with many Russian names for boys. There are 14 commonalities between the two, and they range from first to last name. The most interesting similarity is that all 14 of them are related in some way to power or ruling, which ties into Donald Trump’s current role as President of the United States.

-Donald – Russian meaning: “world ruler”

-Dmitry – Russian meaning: “dear lord” or “loved one”

-Ivan/John – Ivan is the Eastern Slavic form of John, and means “God is gracious” while Dmitry can also mean God’s gift. Both names are related to power in some way through their religious meanings (or by being a variation of the name). John was among Jesus’ apostles who announced his coming as Messiah and defended him before Pontius Pilate; Ivar the Boneless became King of all Norway when he left England after receiving a large ransom from Æthelstan. He led Viking raids into Northumbria until reaching Eamont and was killed by the Scots.

-Aleksandr – Russian meaning: “defender of man”

-Vladimir – Russian meaning: “world mighty”, or literally “ruler of peace”

-Alexander – Meaning: “helper”, same as etymology for Alex in English names (from Latin) but also has a Greek root word that means defender and protector. Defending one’s own city is seen today to be an act of patriotism because it preserves social order which Vladimir Putin can relate to since he was Prime Minister when Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014. The Supreme Court ruled against Donald Trump on September 24th with regards to his travel ban, tying into the connection between Vladimir Putin and Aleksandr’s name meaning “defender of man”

-Niko – Meaning: one who lives in victory. In Slavic tradition, the cross is a symbol for that which gives its bearer victory over death. The flag with the red background and white double-headed eagle was adopted by Russia under Nicholas I. When it became an official emblem after 1917, it had the same colors but on different backgrounds; first black then golden yellow.. This could be related to Donald Trump winning despite many people believing he would not win due to his lack of political experience as well as being seen as having low chances of being elected before election day

The last sentence here can be reworded to read:

This could be related to Donald Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton given their respective qualifications for president.

Donald Trump has several similarities in name meanings when compared with Russian names for boys – Niko meaning “one who lives in victory” or Aleksi, meaning “defender of mankind”.

In addition to this, Donald Trump’s attitude towards another country is similar to Russia. He has said that he would consider lifting sanctions on the Russian Federation and also implied that NATO may not be as relevant in years to come. This could make him a potential ally for Russia which shares his views. Interestingly enough, President Putin was quoted saying North Korea should stop its missile tests because they are “dangerous” and can escalate tensions between Pyongyang and Washington or lead to full-blown military conflict with potentially disastrous consequences for regional security.” Not only does this reflect how Russia is an important player when it comes to international relations but also how much influence Vladimir Putin has over other countries – something similarly reflected in Donald Trump’s foreign policy.

The Russian president also said that the United States will need to improve its relations with Russia, “which cannot be limited only by sanctions and military containment.” This is something Vladimir Putin has been keen on for a long time – he believes it would give progress both within his country as well as abroad. In addition to this new deal between North Korea and South Korean President Moon Jae-in, which may bring peace in the region, there are many who believe that if the sanctions against Moscow were removed then the US could make more headway when it comes to resolving conflicts in other parts of world such as Syria or Ukraine. For now though, those remain just hopeful thoughts rather than anything concrete because although Donald Trump seems to want to improve relations with Russia, he also has a long-standing grudge against it.
