Maintaining Your Company Image A blog post about how important maintaining company image can be INTRODUCTION I’m going to talk briefly about something I’ve been seeing lately with my clients in regards to the maintenance of company image.
– I’ve been noticing that many companies have a blog page and/or call themselves an “authority” or “expert” on certain topics, but they never post anything new – which results in them losing their visibility and authority over time
– And it’s not just with blogs; it can also apply to social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (etc.); all these channels are great for maintaining your company authority if you consistently post high quality content that people want to consume HOW TO AVOID IT All it takes is a few minutes every day invested into posting something relevant to keep your company visible online and maintain its presence as being an
Content: – Make sure you have keywords in your title.
– Use a variety of types of content to generate traffic and keep people interested, including images/videos, links to external articles (but don’t overdo it), quotes from other authors or experts on the topic being discussed, questions that start dialogues with readers (ask them what they think!), infographics. Be sure to include an image in every blog post!
– The first sentence should be catchy enough for someone scrolling through their feed quickly to stop reading and click on the article. It’s usually best if this makes some kind of promise like “You Won’t Believe What Happened Next” or “The Simple Trick To Fixing Your Struggling Business.”
– Make sure your content is targeted to your audience. What are some of their struggles? How can you help them with those? What topics might be interesting/relevant that they don’t know about yet?
– Avoid cluttering the post with too many links, quotes or images — it’s better if these break up the text instead and give readers a chance to rest from reading for awhile without getting fully disengaged.
– Quote other people when appropriate but avoid quoting more than four times in any given blog post unless there’s an obvious reason why (perhaps they’re interviewing someone). Quotes should come at natural breaks in what you’re saying rather than seeming forced into sections where nothing else has been said before.
– Be consistent with your writing tone and how you communicate to readers. Your blog should be consistent across the board so that people are expecting what they get when they read anything from it.
– Write at a level intelligible by most of your audience; avoid using jargon if possible, or explaining every term in layman’s terms for those unfamiliar with them. You’re not trying to impress anyone here — just convey useful information clearly and succinctly!
– Provide clear links back to other relevant posts on the site as well as any external sources mentioned (don’t assume that everyone will follow up on these). Keep everything easy to find without having to dig through tons of content looking for something specific.
– Use bullet points sparingly and only to summarise key points. For example:
– Keep sentences short and concise — you want your readers to be able to easily digest the information in one sitting without getting distracted by tangents or long passages that might lose their attention.
– Include pictures, charts, graphs and other visuals when possible; they’re a great way of making information more accessible for people with different learning styles! Make sure these have clear links back to the post on which they were originally referenced so readers can click through if interested.
– Remember that it’s always better not to say anything than saying something that could come across as offensive or disparaging (even if unintentional). These days people are quick to jump down anyone’s throat about
– No. 15: Reddit is a great source of traffic for many websites, including driver updates software company webpages like ours. We will be sharing our best tips to drive more traffic from Reddit in this blog post series!
– Tip One – Provide interesting content on your page that can engage people and provide them with value (i.e.: articles, information) so they are incentivized to share it or comment on it. This increases the likelihood of someone finding your webpage by searching Google for something you mention because there may not have been any other related pages found in their search results but your site was mentioned as an answer to their question posted on reddit!
As always we would love feedback either here or at [email protected]
– Tip Two – One of the most powerful ways to increase traffic on your website is through links. Links are an important factor in determining a page’s ranking and even more so for smaller sites (which we happen to be one). The best type of links you can get are those that point straight back at your site or other pages within your domain because these tell Google, Bing, Yahoo!, etc., this content belongs on our search engine results!
