Seven Knights Tier List: The Best and Worst Colors on the Board – by Tyler Rice
There are so many more than seven colors playing these days but there are seven tiers that the colors can be ranked in. The first tier is a tie between black and red, so I’ll talk about them together:
Black & Red
These are two of the most overpowered colors available. They have many cards with strong effects at various mana costs to suit any strategy you might want to use . These cards also synergize well with each other because they’re both aggressive colors; They will fight for board control while dealing damage to their opponents’ health as they go. Your deck will look like it’s all over the place without a lot of synergy but your opponent won’t know what hit him!
The second tier consists of green and blue:
Green & Blue
Both these colors have a little more synergy than the previous colors, but they’re not as powerful. Blue has a lot of flying creatures and green has many beefy creatures with trample to close out games quickly. These colors are also good for control decks because blue can bounce troublesome enemies while green can destroy anything it touches except artifacts or enchantments – that is unless you have black cards!
The third tier consists of three very different colors:
White, Black & Green
These colors all offer one thing in common: great removal spells. White’s spot on this list comes from it’s ability to exile an enemy creature permanently so long as your opponent doesn’t run white too; The same goes for black and its pesky “reanimator” strategy . But these aren’t the only colors to fall into this third tier – green also can remove a creature with its “toxic” strategy which may not destroy it but instead cause an opponent’s hand size to shrink.
The fourth and final list is comprised of two very different colors: Red & Blue
Of all seven, these two are by far the most melee-focused. Both offer strong creatures that excel in combat while blue has many spells that will boost those creatures each turn for maximum damage output! But red isn’t without its own tricks too; as one of the best color combinations in EDH (expert duel commander) you’ll often find fire sprinkled throughout any deck sporting red cards on their sleeves.
As I said above, there really aren’t any “bad” colors in seven knights; they’re all strong and offer something unique to the strategy. But if you want a color that offers more of an aggressive play style, red or blue are your best bets – though I’ll say it again: there really isn’t any bad color here!

Red: The fire of the flame is always hot and ready for combat; these creatures have an almost animalistic rage within them, fueled by their burning anger. Many red cards will also deal damage when played from hand – perfect if you want to strike fast with overwhelming force!
Blue: These two are by far the most melee-focused colors on this list. Both offer strong creatures that excel in combat while blue has many spells that will boost those creatures each turn for maximum damage output! But red isn’t without its own tricks too; as blue has many creatures, red can choose to attack with spells that will deal damage even if they are blocked!
Green: These colors favors defense above all else. A well rounded group of cards is offered here – some healers and plenty of shield generators as well for a powerful barrier against any harm that may come your way. This color also offers the most creature control on this list; green cards means there’s always something you can do or undo!
Black: The masters of death itself. Black thrives off both destruction and decay, which makes it an interesting choice when looking at seven knights tier list content because these creatures have two different phases in their life cycle instead of just one like everyone else!
