In this post, I’ll be looking at one more asana that I have recently found on my own and one more that I have found through research. These asana are all based on the same set of basic movements and techniques, but my personal favorite is the “Raja Yoga” asana from the “Yoga for Beginners” series. ‘Raja Yoga’ means ‘the posture’ in Sanskrit.
A yoga asana is a position in which we stand on the floor with our legs slightly bent and our feet together. This is one of the few yoga positions that is not only comfortable and easy to do, but also can be very challenging and rewarding. I also like that it requires very little effort, and it’s a great way to warm up prior to a more challenging asana.
What I like most about asana is that it does not have to be performed in a group. It can be done on your own, though it is recommended that you do the asana with a partner. The Raja Yoga asana is also great for people new to yoga, in that it is a great warm up and a great way to practice the more challenging asanas.
This is a great warmup and a great way to warm up prior to a more challenging asana but it can be very challenging and rewarding to do it with a partner.
There are many variants of Raja Yoga. Different people practice different variations. Asana is one of the more popular variations. There’s also the Ashtanga Yoga variation. There are others, but let’s just stick with Raja Yoga at this point.

We are constantly learning new postures, new asanas, new yoga, and new movements. We are constantly developing new ways to move our bodies in a way that we thought was impossible, or that we thought was impossible to teach. We are constantly adding to the body awareness, and self-awareness, and life awareness that we have.
I guess this is the part where I say that I have to stop and say that I’m not a certified (or certified certified) asana teacher. I have to say that I’m not a certified teacher of any kind of yoga. I am a student, and I am a teacher. I’m just a student.
