I recently hosted a WordPress Convesio at a hotel in the south of Portugal. The event had a lot of people from all over the world attending, and it was a great opportunity to meet new people, meet new places, and learn about WordPress. It also made me realize there are a lot of things that I can do to make my guest experience even more enjoyable and fun.
That’s true. Just because you are a guest at a con doesn’t mean you can’t also help with the con. Many hotels have activities for guests, and I’m sure many other places have services for guests to get involved with.
The event also had the whole con as part of its planning, and it was a great opportunity to start the planning process for a new con. It’s good to check in often, though, and keep in touch with guest numbers and other information to keep things running smoothly.
I dont know how this all works, but a lot of the hotels have activities to help out guests, whether its the spa or the pool or something else. Some hotels even provide food and drinks for guests, and some other places have special events for guests.
I have been hosting the events for other events at my company, and I know the importance of having a plan.
So far I have been doing this by making a list of what would be good places to host an event, then making a list of the things I would like to see and do in the event, and then filling out the event page with these things. It is a lot of work, but its good for a new con or a new business idea.
I’m not sure if this is a good idea, but I was thinking about doing this by having an idea of what I would like to see and doing a blog post about it and then having some kind of community effort to encourage other people to do the same thing.
Most events will have a lot of things in common, but a lot of events don’t have that commonality. What I mean is that a lot of things we would like to see at an event like yours would have a lot of things in common. But a lot of things that are important to you and/or your business would have little to commonality with other things you care about.
The other thing that would be interesting about this is that you never know what kind of things your business is going to have to do. So if you have an event that you are working on and you find out what kinds of things you do have to do, it might make you feel better about your business.
