I love Big Top! They’re located on Main Street and have an awesome taproom. It’s a very welcoming environment with great beer to boot! I like the 1881 Pilsner – it has a nice balanced flavor. The Winter Warmer is pretty tasty too if you want something more wintery during those cold months. Guava Gose is my favorite though because of how unique that particular style can be (especially when there are so many other beers out there). All around, this brewery offers some really good craft brews!

From the outside, this brewery is very aesthetically pleasing as it has a circus-like feel with large tents hanging from the roof and plenty of games to play inside. It has an old school arcade that offers plenty of classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga for you to enjoy! For those who are looking for something more interactive or competitive there is also mini golf which will test your skills in keeping an eye on where all 18 holes land and putting them into one hole within three shots (Trust me I know how hard).
The Big Top Brewing Company serves some great food at reasonable prices too! On Tuesdays they offer 50% off pizzas up until close so if pizza’s not your thing, you’ll be able to get a huge chicken breast sandwich for only $11, or some buffalo nachos with chips and queso for $12.

The bartenders were very knowledgeable about each type of beer so if you aren’t sure what kind you want, just ask them because chances are they’ll know every single one that’s listed on the menu!
Food: Guava Lime Wheat Ale – One word- YUMMY!!! This had an excellent flavor profile that wasn’t too sweet or sour which made it perfect to enjoy with pizza.
