This is the main location software of our organization. We use the calls center software to answer our calls and help us out at all times. We offer a variety of services to help our members make the best decisions.
The problem that we have with this software is that it is so buggy that our call center is now unusable. We were able to fix it in just a few days, but it was a frustrating process that I feel we’ve missed the mark on.
Our call center is not on our radar but we do offer an emergency crew to help out with getting the most out of the call center. We have a couple dozen emergency crew members who we don’t want to hear from.

This means that our members have to get calls to us from call centers that are unable to take calls. There is no real solution, but we are offering the members a way to get calls to us through the call centers that are still working.

The app is quite useful because it lets you know who is in charge and what they’re doing. This app is great for getting the police to get involved in an emergency. Unfortunately, that’s not really the way we do things in the real world.
