Who is the best of all? That’s a question that cartoon fans have been asking themselves for decades. There are many great characters in cartoons, so it’s difficult to rank them against each other. However, we’ve done our research and put together this list of popular cartoon characters with their tier ranking right below!

1) Bugs Bunny

2) Daffy Duck

3) Spongebob Squarepants

Tier Ranking:

Bugs Bunny (High Tier)

Daffy Duck (Mid Tier)

Spongebob Squarepants (Low Tier)

Other Characters (Low Tier)

Tier Ranking Explanation:

Bugs Bunny is a high tier cartoon character because of its longevity and the popularity it’s gained over time. He also has many memorable moments, such as his rivalry with Daffy Duck.

Daffy Duck is a mid tier cartoon character due to its representation in cartoons. It struggles to stand out from other popular characters like Bugs Bunny or Wile E Coyote, but can be considered iconic nonetheless for being one of the most used Looney Tunes characters throughout history.

Spongebob Squarepants was once ranked at high tiers, but has fallen down into low tiers recently due to declining popularity since 2005 that continues until now; in fact, it’s been replaced as the Nickelodeon cartoon with a new show called “The Loud House”.

Mr. Krabs is an average tier cartoon character due to its representation in cartoons and the Looney Tunes franchise but has some memorable moments like being one of Spongebob Squarepants’ rivals.

The Lorax was ranked at high tiers for having a powerful message about saving our environment; however, since 2012 the book sales have declined drastically which caused it to fall down into low tiers.

Mickey Mouse is high tier because he’s been around for decades and has a ton of memorable moments like being an iconic cartoon character that represents Walt Disney Company.

Spongebob Squarepants was once ranked at high tiers, but has fallen down into low tiers recently due to declining popularity since 2005 that continues until now; in fact, it’s been replaced as the Nickelodeon cartoon for the best animated show.

Rugrats is ranked at low tiers because it’s grown out of popularity and hasn’t been in production since 2004, but it still has a large fanbase that continues to grow with each passing year; when Nickelodeon aired “What Will they Think of Next?”, which was an hour-long special, there were complaints about how Rugrats should’ve had more screen time.

Garfield is ranked high tier due to its longevity – having been around since 1978 until now (with no plans on stopping) – as well as being one of America’s favorite comic strips ever created by Jim Davis.

Doraemon is also high tier because he’s popular across the world thanks to his magical gadgets and lovable character.

Pokémon is ranked low tier because it’s not as popular in the United States, but still has a large fanbase all over the world thanks to how diverse and colorful it is; there are currently more than 800 Pokémon that have been created since 1996.

Family Guy also ranks high while SpongeBob SquarePants comes in at middle tiers due to having nearly 20 seasons of weirdness under its belt – with no plans on stopping production anytime soon (unlike Rugrats).

Doraemon is one of your favorite cartoon characters ever made! You can’t go wrong when you put him up against any other show out there right now or from years past because he will always manage to stay beloved by his fans all around the world.
