The idea of compulaw is to make your car a part of a compulsive thinking and behavior. This is the idea that you should get rid of as much of the unnecessary things in your life and replace them with items that will benefit you and your long-term well-being. You get to a new compulsive thinking and behavior after you start to focus on the compulsive thinking and behavior and make sure that it is not going to be too overwhelming.
I’m not sure I understand the appeal of compulaw. I’m not sure I agree with the idea that you should replace every single thing in your life with something that is helpful to you. To me, a compulsive thinking habit is probably the most dangerous of all. Because it is so easily triggered, you might be tempted to continue to do it, even if something better comes along in the future. But it’s hard to stop something once you’ve started it.
Compulsions are a good thing to have around to remind you that you are on the right path. But that is not the same thing as having an actual compulsive thinking habit. The former is simply a way to help you stay on track. The latter is a way to keep you from falling off the path and ending up in a hellish place.
Compulsions are like the bad tooth that keeps you from hurting more. If you had a bad tooth, you would just continue to chew on it. If you had a compulsive thinking habit, you would stop chewing on it. That is because it is a habit and not a habit-like thing. It is something you are aware of and do not like. That is why it is considered a bad habit.
The last thing you want to do is try to make a bad habit clear. You can’t. I’ve had a couple of them who do this to me, but I don’t know what they are. It’s not like I’m doing it in a way that they think I’m doing it. When I try to do something with them, they stop.
Compulsive thoughts and actions are a form of self-awareness. If you think an habit is bad, then you know that you should stop doing it. You might as well admit to the people around you that you think you should stop doing it.

It is a good idea to read the book by Jon Steinbeck titled “On the Limits of Self-awareness.” It is a book which outlines three stages in which self-awareness is actually a form of self-awareness, and the main purpose of this book is to document this process for yourself. It will give you a glimpse into a lot of the strategies that a person should use to get themselves past the ‘self-awareness’ stage.
