I think that the cyberark pricing is actually just a way of taking out the guesswork and the hassle that sometimes comes with home resale. There are pros and cons to the cyberark price as well, however I do think that the cyberark price is a great way to get someone else to bid on your home.

The retailer wants the retail price of the Cyberark to be as low as possible and we can agree on that. We are willing to accept the retailer’s price for the Cyberark as long as it is a full price retailer price. The retailer is willing to accept a full price price for the Cyberark and the retailer is willing to accept the retailer’s profit for the Cyberark.
I don’t believe there is a way to give a retailer a full price price for a retailer product. Because if there is, that retailer would be the one paying the full price price for the retailer product and the retailer is already paying the full price price for the retailer product. So we can’t do that.
