They sell all sorts of pots and hoses for those who need them. But their latest product is causing controversy among gardeners across America…
The Walmart ‘Handy water pot’ is a watering can that you fill up and then it automatically waters your plants when the soil gets dry. It’s perfect for people with large gardens or ones who just don’t feel like getting out there to do it themselves! The problem? Well, while this product sounds great on paper, gardeners across America are complaining about how much of an eyesore these pots have become in their backyards. Think about it: if you’re going to buy one giant watering pot (which has its own set of problems) why not go all out and get one that looks nice too? All I know is that I’ll be staying away from those things because they look terrible next to my flower beds…
What I’ve found is that there are a lot of watering cans available on the market, but not just any water can will do for my garden! The ‘Handy water pot’ is one option (which has its own set of problems) and it doesn’t look very nice next to my flower bed. What’s more, this product may be better suited for people with larger gardens or those who don’t mind getting out there themselves because we all know how much work watering your plants takes up! All in all, while the ‘Handy water pot’ sounds great on paper when you think about it – it’s really not worth it if you want something aesthetically pleasing in your backyard too.
I would recommend taking a look at the Hozelock watering can. This product has been praised for its design and durability so you won’t need to worry about it breaking or spilling all over your yard. Plus, these things don’t just work well with plants- they also work with flowers as well! I’m not one of those people who like watering their plants though – I like to get my hands dirty outside in order to keep my garden looking great because that’s what makes me happy…so maybe this is more suitable for someone else?
Walmart ruined my life by selling the “Handy water pot” which looks terrible next to my flower beds and doesn’t have any features other than being able to catch water. I can’t even use it to water the plants in my garden because this thing is too big and heavy which makes me sad because watering cans are supposed to be lightweight so you don’t have a lot of weight on your arm while using them.
I’ve been looking for a product like this ever since Walmart discontinued their line, but they didn’t sell anything that was small enough or had any features other than being able to catch water. This is an incredibly frustrating experience especially when it’s not just one kind of flower pot – there are dozens! What am I going to do with all these pots now? After years of searching, finally found something similar by accident (but still nothing compared). But at least we’re getting closer.
I can’t believe Walmart discontinued their line of watering cans, because these things are an absolute life-saver. I bought this on a whim since it’s the only thing that seemed remotely close to what I was looking for and now my entire garden is dying! This could have been avoided if they hadn’t stopped making them in the first place.
