So in order to get a good workout in the gym, you have to get in shape early on. In fact, one of my favorite workouts is to go to the gym and lift weights. I hate the way my body feels after I finish, and I dont like it any better when I go to the gym and work out, especially when I have to take my shirt off to do a full-body workout.
