That’s difficult for me to say without seeing them compete head-to-head; but if we’re simply talking about top speeds – with no regard for endurance – then I think most people would agree that Usain Bolt wins out over The Flash (Barry Allen). But I have a feeling that if we put them in a race, it would be closer than many people realize.
So what’s the answer to our question “how fast can Captain America run?” Well, he’s pretty quick on his feet! Just don’t ask him to do more than one long-distance marathon at once and you’ll be fine. That is after all where Bolt has an advantage over him – stamina. But as far as sheer speed goes, I think he could probably keep up with Usain Bolt for quite some time before finally falling behind. Now of course this isn’t counting any enhancements from the Super Soldier Serum… but even without those, I think Captain America is still a capable runner.
