How Long Can You Lay Down After Botox?
Botox injections are given in a series of small doses, and it can take up to two weeks for your muscles to fully relax as you recover from the procedure. In this post we will discuss how long you should lay down after botox so that you know when you can go back to your normal routine!
As soon as possible – make sure that at least 24 hours has passed before attempting any strenuous activity.
Two days or more – if no complications arise, try going on with your regular schedule (although some people may not feel like moving around much).
Four days or more – if there have been no negative effects then its time to resume normal activities.
The next paragraph is the conclusion to this blog post about how long one should lay down after botox injections:

Tips:
Keep your head elevated as much as possible to minimize the risk of developing a headache (the best pillow for this is one that supports both the neck and head). This can be achieved by sleeping on an incline with pillows behind you; using a recliner chair instead of lying down flat on your back; or propping up in bed with lots of pillows at night before going to sleep.
Avoid laying flat on your chest for long periods of time because it might lead to breathlessness. It’s important not only to take regular breaks from work but also when relaxing around the home too! Make sure you use good posture and take regular breaks.
Do not sleep in the same position for too long because it can lead to a headache. Be sure to change positions at least every hour, or as often as necessary so you don’t get uncomfortable, especially if you have areas of numbness from the Botox injection site.
Avoid activities that require bending over like combing your hair or putting on pants when laying down flat on your back until completely recovered.
Remember that there are no restrictions about what type of exercise can be done after injections (including something heavy). The time needed before resuming normal daily activity varies by patient but typically is between 24 hours and 48 hours postinjection.”
