I get a little nervous about this software because it sounds so scary and intimidating. But the truth is, most relationship management software is not that bad. It’s just that it’s more complicated than dealing with two people and trying to figure out what their relationship is, and some people are just more complicated than others. I think that’s why most relationship managers try to talk them down and find some way to make it seem as simple as possible. That’s not really helpful.

I think I understand your point, but I have never met a guy who’s a super-smart, strong relationship manager. Thats the type of behavior that I think Andy is having trouble with. He is overly emotional and has a problem with being the boss of his employees. The problem is that Andy is using emotional cues to get his way. This is a big problem because emotions are not the same as logic. They are a form of communication, one that you can use to make a decision.
