It is a very important business to be aware of, to take advantage of, and it is especially important to be intentional about. It is important to analyze your own behavior, to be aware of your feelings, and to find ways to take control.
For the most part, the consultants that I’ve worked with have been the most honest and the most productive about their work. When I first started working with them, it was also because they were the only ones who really wanted to learn. They had a hard time asking for money, they weren’t the most patient people, they were a little bit obsessive in their work, and they were pretty picky about their clients. I would say that they are still my best clients.
Thats why I think that what they are doing is really, really important. They know that they can help their clients in their business, and most importantly, they know that they are helping people. There are no shortcuts to doing the right thing. They know that if their client is doing the right thing, it is working. They know that it is working because they have a proven track record of getting results.

I have three clients who all do strategic consulting work. One of them has a great track record of helping clients. The other two are clients who have really bad track records. The third one just makes me feel like it is a waste of time for me to be talking about a client who doesn’t make sense to me. So I would say that as a consultant, it is really hard to pick one client. There are so many that I would choose to spend my money on.
The thing is that it is an incredibly hard job to be able to focus on a client’s problems. When I was a coach, I would sit down with my clients and talk about their problems. So in my mind I would be like “Is this the way to be there for me?” If I am in a situation where I have a problem and I want to solve it, I would just talk about it.
What you do as a consultant is you try to come up with solutions that work for your clients. That is, you try to come up with ways that solve their problems. You are not looking for a quick fix. You are trying to help them get to a better situation where they can live a better life. That is why your job is so difficult.
I think that consultants are an important part of the entrepreneurial community. Even though consultants are very different from other types of consultants, many of us are still able to help each other out. It’s not always the person who has more money than the other one, it is often the one with more “knowledge” and insight.
One of the goals of a consulting job is to solve a business problem for the client. Often that problem is the client’s lack of knowledge about the company. So you’re trying to help the client become more knowledgeable about the problem and solve it. When you are an entrepreneur you can always make money doing this and if you want to be a consultant you can always make money doing this. Either way your success is dependent on how knowledgeable you are in both your business and consulting skills.
