The new lacework competition, hosted by my favorite internet magazine, Lacewear, takes place each Saturday from 8:00 am to noon. There are some great prizes to be won this time around, but if you’re looking to enter, you can also enter for a $500 Lacewear gift card at the end of the year. The competition is open to Lacewear members and followers of this blog.
As always, the competition is open to anyone and everyone, but one of the rules is a few things must be in place: first, the competition will be a Lacewear, so you can’t win if you’re not a member of Lacewear. Second, the winner must not use any lacewear products or be a Lacewear member. Third, you will have to create a video that shows a specific aspect of your lacewear.

The winner of the contest was Laura Vahn, the wife of Colt Vahn. She also took home the prize for most creative and original videos. She created one video called “Self-Love,” which showed how she took the time to do something so simple as taking a shower. The video that really stood out to me was Rejection. Laura Vahn is a talented artist. I have never seen her work quite this well, which is odd considering she’s usually pretty bad at video.
