This is a great book for anyone interested in alternative approaches to self-awareness, mindfulness, and meditation. The author, Dr. Alan Watts, describes his method of self-awareness as a process of “finding your center” and “connecting with your thoughts.

If you want to be more mindful of your thoughts and feelings and to not rely on the automatic responses your mind produces, I would highly recommend this book. It’s a great book for anyone interested in meditation but also the scientific study of mindfulness.
I’m not sure about Dr. Alan Watts, but I do have a great deal of respect for his book and for his approach to meditation. There is a lot of science behind his approach to meditation, and you can read more about it here. But the core idea of his book is that you can literally find your center and connect with your thoughts and feelings in a more conscious way than you’ve ever experienced before.
Dr. Alan Watsons book, Pluralsight, is a great introduction to mindfulness and the science of meditation. The book also includes a series of short videos by Dr. Watsons called The Mindful Way of Meditation. As with other mindfulness books and courses, the videos are designed to be short but sweet (and sometimes quite funny). He discusses the neuroscience behind the practice of meditation and offers some key practices that are helpful for beginners.
The Mindful Way of Meditation is a series of short videos that offer a great introduction to the science and art of meditation. I found these videos to be a great way to start the day and I hope to be able to use these videos more often in the future.
The videos are short, but the science and art behind them are really interesting. I learned some new things by watching the videos, but it’s still possible to make meditation a part of your life. You can use mindfulness meditation to help you focus on your breathing, to get into a more relaxed state, and to improve your focus skills. One really nice feature is that it’s actually possible to start a week or a month without going into meditation.
That’s an excellent idea. I personally use it to help me concentrate better on my work, but it can be used to help you focus on something that you already seem to be doing a lot of.
