Thats why it is critical in today’s economy to find a contractor who is willing to spend some of the extra money on your home. A good contractor will find ways to get your home at a discount.
But what about the cost of the contractor? It’s actually a more than fair question. When I first started buying a home, the list of questions I asked myself was “How much is the home going for?” and “Is it worth that much?” This is a tough question to answer, because no two houses are exactly the same, and the cost of a builder, designer, and contractor in a particular area will vary somewhat.

As a homeowner, you can use it to get a good read on the homes you are considering. This is a great tool that I recommend for anyone looking to buy a home, because you can use it to view your current home and compare it with homes that have just come on the market.
