I am a feminist and I believe that we live in a culture where women are not valued and appreciated, especially in terms of their ability to achieve their own goals for themselves. When it comes to being self-aware I believe we have to be on the same page as a woman and to take control over our own lives. We have to stop being afraid of what men think of us and how they see us. We have to take control of our own lives and our own self-worth.
I believe in a world where women could be equal to men and to be treated equally in the workplace. The way I’ve seen it done is to set a specific set of expectations for women in the workplace. I think we should have a set of expectations about what a woman can and cannot do. I think we should make it very clear to women how they should behave in the workplace and how they should be treated.
As for the female gaze, that’s for sure. For example, women are supposed to look very feminine and not look like a woman.
