This dish is a must try when you are in the Southern California area. It is a sweet red, fluffy, and easy to make. I am not sure how to call it, but I have seen it referred to as a’sperm taco’. So basically, it is a giant, semi-soft, and perfectly cooked egg, filled with cheese, sweet peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, sour cream, cilantro, and a little bit of everything else you can think of.
This is a great dish if you are in the Southern California area. You can eat it with your choice of tortilla chips or rice. That is, if you don’t mind eating a lot of rice. The dish is also great with white garlic mashed potatoes or a grilled cheese sandwich. What is not great is the fact that it is only a half hour to cook, so this is a great dinner when you are out having fun, but you also have to work.
So far I’ve eaten onion ring salad, garlic bread, garlic bread, and a grilled cheese with onions. It’s a fantastic meal with the right ingredients, so if you are on the menu for the next few days, you will want to make it. But what you might not need is a bowl of rice, which is quite possibly one of the worst things I have ever eaten.
