There are many ways to do this in the game, but copper watering cans are a new addition to Stardew Valley and give players another option for watering their plants. In this guide we’ll talk about what copper watering cans are and how they work in-game!
What are copper watering cans?
Copper Watering Cans were introduced in the Stardew Valley multiplayer update and allow players to water their plants, trees, forageables, etc. with a new type of water other than sprinkling or using an upgraded sprinkler system. Copper watering cans can be purchased at Pierre’s General Store for $150g.
How do copper watering cans work?
When you purchase a copper watering can from Pierre’s General store it will come preloaded with 25 units of “purified” water that automatically refill as needed when used on crops, bushes/trees or any other plantable item in your farm. When the player has selected what they wish to use the copper watering can on, the player must press and hold down on the copper watering can to unleash a stream of water in order for it to work.
