I would also recommend you avoid a lot of the recipes that use vegetable broth. It is a very common ingredient, especially in sauces.
This is what I would call a “toxic soup.” You can either make a broth from the meat or you can make a broth from the vegetables. This is an easy recipe to find at the internet. If you don’t have the ingredients, you can substitute other ingredients or even make your own.

Although I think talroo sounds great, I am not a fan of the names of ingredients. The names of some of the ingredients that I use are not even remotely close to what they are called.I would go with the more scientific name and call it a vegetable broth. It does not seem very meaty but I am not a huge fan of meat and it has a lot of veggies.
Yes, it sounds like there are a lot of recipes out there, but I am a bit inclined to say that a recipe is probably the most sensible way to go about things.
