This Isn’t a Change Thing: When to Adapt and Accept Reality

We all know that sometimes life throws us a curveball. Whether it’s the death of someone close, a natural disaster or just an unexpected injury, there are times when we have to accept reality and make changes in our lives to accommodate for what is thrown at us. In this blog post, I will talk about how you can adapt and change your mindset when faced with these realities in order to not only help yourself but also help those around you!

I want to start by talking about the death of a loved one. This is always going to be hard, but it’s necessary for them not only that they are gone from this world, but also that you have moved on with your life. It’s important during these difficult times not to just focus on what has been lost or how much harder everything will now become without them around – instead think about all the memories and things you can still do together! Planning their funeral might be too overwhelming right now so take some time for yourself first before thinking about anything else – when ready, talk to friends and family members who genuinely care about you in order to help organise an event which reflects both sadness at someone being gone as well as joy in remembering that person.

This Isn’t a Change Thing: When to Adapt and Accept Reality not everything that is faced can be changed This isn’t easy, but it’s necessary for them not only that they are gone from this world, but also that you have moved on with your life. If you want to share something about the person that has passed away, do it in a way which is personal and not too out there – think of what they would like others to know about them rather than anything else! You don’t have to talk for hours on end – your main goal should be making sure everyone around knows how much this person meant to you. Remember: life isn’t fair but we can make things better for ourselves by learning from our hardships as well as celebrating true joy when it comes along!

Yesterday was the funeral for my grandmother. I’m not sure if you can tell but this is a really difficult day for me and it’s been hard to think about what to say in this blog post. It has also been really tough on my family who live with us, too – as they were all very close with her too. So far we haven’t managed to organise anything that will work well, but she wanted everyone around here to know how much she meant to them which is one of the main reasons why I am writing this today!

No-one should have any expectations other than being there for each other when something like this happens because there are no words which could ever make people feel better after someone dies from it better. No-one should have to go through this alone and there is no shame in asking for help, either.

I hope that you’re not feeling too sad when you read this because it still hurts me a lot! I don’t know if we’ll ever stop missing her but at least she’s finally with my dad now which has made everything a little easier. She knew he was waiting for her somewhere and asked us all to look after him so we did the best that we could – even though none of us felt very well. We had some really nice memories together before she left, too…

What else can I say? Every time life doesn’t turn out how you wanted things to be it feels like something inside of you is breaking. It’s not a change thing: if there are too many things going wrong then it might be time to adapt and accept reality – or at least take some time out until the pain eases off just a little bit.
