A good contractor will understand that the price is a lot of the project regardless of how much it costs. After all, you can always go back and re-price and re-buy the project. If youre doing it yourself, youll be able to get the price you want and still be within your budget.
This is one area where contractors tend to have a lot of expertise and experience. The fact is, if you’re going to go the DIY route, you need to get a good idea of what you’re getting into before you start. You don’t want to hire someone and have them tell you you can live off the interest if you start out poor.
