I am working on a project titled “The 3 Levels of Self-Awareness.” The project is an attempt to understand and apply the concept to the topics of mindfulness, body awareness, and self-awareness. I’m interested in the idea of a three-level of self-awareness and how it relates to the three levels of mindfulness.
The idea of a three-level of self-awareness stems from this book called The Brain That Changes Itself. It discusses what happens when your brain is not engaged in the right way. If your brain, for example, continues to operate in the “default mode”, your brain will continue to be engaged in habitual activities. When you shut off your brain, you are able to “return to a state of awareness”. This is the level we’re working on.
Now, I may be confusing the three levels of self-awareness for those who aren’t familiar with it. What is the default mode? Well, the default mode is when your brain is left to itself. This is when you are not thinking about anything but what you are doing. You are not thinking about anything outside of yourself. It’s when your brain is free and idle, there is no need to think about anything. So that is the level of awareness.
What does the default mode look like? Well, the default mode is for us to go to the store or go to the bookstore and buy something else. This is what we think of as the default mode, though I think that’s a bit more complex than that. When we are in the store or the bookstore, we’re in the default mode. We’re not going to go to the store to buy goods.
The default mode is for us to be in the store and to be browsing through the aisles. We’re not thinking, we are just being. Because when we are in the store or bookstore, we are not thinking about anything. We are not thinking about what we want to buy, what we want to buy. We are just browsing. We are not thinking about anything. So when we are in the store, we are not thinking about anything.
So what does that mean? This is the default mode. It is the mode in which we are at home and the mode in which we are going to be at work. Not thinking about anything. We are just going to be. We are just going to be. We are going to be in the store and in the bookstore. We are not going to try to think about what we want to buy or what we want to buy. We are just going to be.

lemlist are a type of list-making software. The software is used in a series of “comparisons” to see if all the numbers that you put together come up to the same conclusion. In this case, the software puts the number ‘$1’ into a list and lets you check out to see if it is the same as the ‘$1’ that is written on the list.
I’ve been using Lemlist for a few years to compare the prices of identical items in my local grocery store in order to make sure I’ve got the best purchase possible. This was very much a non-trivial task since I live in a very rural area with only a few grocery stores. I usually check the store’s price tag to make sure they are the same.
Lemlist is a software application that lets you check prices of any item (which you can’t do with your local grocery store) to see if they are the same. It does this by generating a list of the items you want to compare prices for and then comparing the prices of these items.
